If it's your first time trying malatang, I recommend starting with level 1. It is a soup made with rich bone broth and a special spice blend that makes everything "mala", giving it that special kick. It is generally salty and nutty, with just enough warmth to heal your soul broken from all the school work.

You get to pick whatever that goes into your soup, from the type of meat to the kind of noodles and even vegetables. This is my recommendation list:
